  1. I don't know who diagnosed you and whether the institution behind this diagnosis is competent and acknowledged. I don't know your person, either. But hints like <I wasn't always like that> and <fight a rage against everybody who reminds me of my trauma and the abusers> suggest otherwise. You do not give enough feature information for anyone to object, nor agree. Of course, none of the readers' business... Rage is a strong emotion you are even capable to identify within yourself. Emotional trauma impacts can damage the brain and functions, yes. But markers for psychopathy include certain impairments and behavioural patterns you do not mention or maybe you don't have them. A professional who knows about your traumatic past would be very careful when assessing. "Feel no pain" (emotional or physical or both?) doesn't tell readers what other emotions you can't feel nor interpret. You might be suffering from ccPTSD and your capacity to feel pain is desensibilized/numbed or impaired since you have been tortured, as you state.
