  3.  cellamuert  no because a good chunk of this money goes to costs of logistics and personnel expenses, you think the US paying its own people on the ground needs to audit itself? I think direct deposit works pretty well Oh btw, there’s no reason this needs to be paused to be audited

  5. What a disaster of a choice, we can’t audit while ongoing with urgent day by day requirements? Seriously? We can’t target our pauses in anyway to urgency requirements? Can Sudan or Ukraine not be given a slightly higher priority for aid than say Taiwan?
