It may have a Union Jack and credit to their tea addicted crews but the fact remains many boats were born in the western Atlantic Not to mention A Britain wasn’t outnumbered in the Med, it’s much easier to fight in the Med for aircraft than in the pacific and oh yeah that part where the IJN had aircraft carriers we had to fight Besides the Americans (or more accurately Roosevelt, illegally) supplemented the Atlantic trade route defenses, that and the whole boat selling and later provision is what kept Britain from being economically collapsed by Das booties Still, the IJN was much spookier than the other two axis navies combined, and the USN was the one who annihilated that, not the RN

The USN, not the RN, just like the IJA, the Chinese and Americans killed them, not the British, just because they had a few engagements doesn’t mean they’re responsible for it, they get a teensy bit of credit for everyone they killed, but as an actual branch of the military, they were both destroyed by America, and for the army, China

@paulpaterson1661 okay, assuming you’re one carrier was temporarily loaned to the nation who made half of yours and over 100 of things to begin with, the British sunk 4 ships destroyer or larger and 8 submarines of the entire IJN, the USA did the rest So again, the USA shit canned the largest and most lethal (as demonstrated in 1942) navy on the planet, I’m missing why this is hard to understand, and what you’re one loaned ship means for anything

@paulpaterson1661 assuming that’s true…which is doubtful Just remember every warship class except submarines has their “most built” version being a US version, including all the ships we gave the British and soviets for free so generously, that includes carriers Which…again I don’t believe in the slightest as the biggest failing of Pearl Harbor was the Japanese killed 0 carriers
