All it would’ve taken was a few ships lost before any territory loss and it would’ve been won by crushing their morale

It’s because they’re war criminals OOPS

Tell that to Hong Kong you numbskull “Give us Hong Kong or I will invade” Chinese premier to Margaret thatcher
1
Because it’s a classic “let’s just do everything to make the local ethnicity Anglo” It’s like saying “oh everyone in Gibraltar wants to say with Britain!” Yeah because all the Spanish people left
1
@sandran17 gee you tell me…why did the Spanish people leave a place the British invaded? Or more accurately why were they forced out? Fuck off

Imagine saying a battalion element Vs battalion element fight was the decisive point of a naval war

@Sotsufferer irrelevant, the British military and government were terrified during the South Georgia operation as a successful sinking of a British ship could collapse public support Also the ‘battle hardened over centuries’ shit is, well, shit, it’s worthless, it doesn’t do anything for the men on the ground (ask the Russians) or more importantly the politicians that determine when the war starts and ends. British should be thankful Argentinians didn’t fuse their bombs right, they may have continued the war if those ships damaged but not exploded were exploded, even after the British recaptured the islands
