Russian forces would have significant territory gain and a competent frontline to work with, one they had for decades before the soviet collapse, European forces wouldn’t be unified in equipment, logistics, doctrine, or anything else, their fire support is seriously lacking, and the battlefield is quite narrow with neutral Belarus and Moldova
