I’m not binkov but I can pose multiple things: First a natural EMP wouldn’t destroy everything, but most actively in use things Second in a hypothetical war under global EMP effect the logistics would be demolished, armies would have to resort to horse based transport and the last major military to do that was Germany, and not by desire Third even with proper logistics (somehow) it would come down to an infantry and maybe towed artillery (or horse drawn) dueling, and still the quality of training and basic weapons would determine the outcome, in a Korean War for example the north’s armies are simply braindead in terms of training whereas the south’s is much more experienced and heavily trained
