  10. Context is needed, farmers aren’t rolling in battlefields, the gear they’re getting is usually abandoned stuff left behind probably by forward recon units who may have had breakdowns or got ambushed

  44.  @georgethompson1460  it’s horrifically overstated, 90% of drone missions fail, by Ukrainian’s own admission Binkov was still correct about the lack of spares and poor OR rating, they don’t dominate the aviation the aviators were just too scared to do what they needed to to crush the air defenses combined with the fact it took 2 days for the Air Force to realize ‘oh no they’re not letting us coup them like we planned’ Day 3 of the war saw some of the highest airstrike counts Also ‘counter the missile threat’ is a massive overstatement considering the missiles have been a massive problem for Ukraine and oh yeah curbed the electrical grid heavily …who’s doing the overstating and making inaccurate statements again? It’s not Binkov, especially when the shit you’re saying is from a hindsight standpoint and you’re still wrong

The eastern nato Allies have for decades been trying to find a way to replace their WarPact equipment but haven’t had a way to get rid of it with some kind of benefit (cuz no one wanted to buy that shit), and now they are Western nato allies typically have lighter needs for heavy ground forces, nations like UK and France are more power projection oriented and thus can more freely send light and some heavier equipment, like the French Caesars It doesn’t seem like your comment is holding much water, Ukrainian economy has a boot on its throat though I’ll give you that, but recent international agreements seem to have provided some relief
