Yeah I wouldn’t call this one a war crime Coherent light detectors (ie lasers) are a prominent thing in AFVs and tanks, what we see is a civilian almost eating a 125mm, what we don’t see is, when the camera tried to focus on the tank, the tank’s warning receivers flipping the hell out and the crew postulating if that light is an ATGM
