  1. OBJECTION: Some of the lawyers you put in hight tiers lied to and harmed their own clients. This for me would be a disqualifying behaviour, since I consider the job of a lawyer to be to protect his client (of course to the best to ability.)

  2. You missed his point. He heard her saying she is her lawyer and that is what he was commenting on.

  3. I do not know why they changed the story, but in t he book the "imagine she was white" is done during the deliberation of the jury. This speech was done by one of the jurors when he wanted to convince the others to let him with "not guilty".
