  2. Apartheid? The Arabs in Israel participate in all aspects of Israeli society. They vote Serve in the government They are doctors Nurses Researchers Administrators Teachers Professors Lawyers Atheletes They even serve in the army. To say Israel is an apartheid state is an out and out lie. As for Ihlan Omar she is ungrateful for what this country has given her. She uses her position to criticize and vilify its Jewish citizens. She is deliberately insensitive to people who lost family and friends in 9/11. CAIR was formed after 9/11? It was formed in 3 yrs later. She should get her facts straight. Her latest statement has been that America was formed by genocide. She just never stops to weigh her words and take the time to look them up in the dictionary.

The fact is that Israel is not an apartheid state it does not use genocide or ethnic cleansing against the Arabs. The fact is that all Israeli citizens( Arabs Jews Druze Samarians etc) participate in all aspects of Israeli life. This is far from aparheid. Arabs in Israel live better and SAFER AND SECURE lives than any other place in the ME. No genocide here. Settlements are built on unused land no Arabs have been uprooted not now or before. Land disputes are settled in courts. No ethnic cleansing. Israel is a democratic country with a vibrant and happy society. So I expect it to be around for a long long time.

Members have been arrested on suspicion of terrorism. Ihlan Omar is not a private citizen. She is a representative of the American government. She has to learn to express her views differently and some of them not at all. The other alternative is to leave politics and pursue a career in the public sector where she can express herself any way she likes .......sort of.

The Talmud interprets the laws found in the Torah etc. There is no way that you have read it and even less that you would understand it. The Arabs in Israel are citizens if they chose and if they qualify. They participate in all aspects of Israeli life. They live safer and more secure lives than any other place in the ME.
