@vanessaaventura Israel is a permanent fixture in the region. So stay delusional. Hamas is an off shoot of the Muslim Brotherhood and a trst proxy of the Iranian regime, which provides them ( and the Palestinian Islamic Jihad) with billions of dollars in financial aid and strategic aid. Hamas uses financial aid for trsm,ie: The purchase and production of weapons, cyber warfare, propaganda and of course to line the pockets of their elite. Not to improve the lives of the ordinary Gazan. Gaza will remain trapped in the cycle of violence and poverty that Hamas has created until Hamas is dismantled.

@vanessaaventura Apartheid means separation. Jews and Arabs have lived together,gone to school together,worked together, served in the army and government together. No Apartheid. Two million Arabs chose Israeli citizenship for its political and social freedoms and the rest are permanent residents who have the same rights except for voting in national elections. No Apartheid. @vanessaaventura Examples of Apartheid under the PA and Hamas: PA: Jews are not allowed to enter their jurisdiction to visit or to live for safety reasons. Arabs are not allowed to sell land to Jews or face prison. Hamas and PA: Almost 10, 000 Jews were ethnically cleansed from the Gaza Strip because of the Oslo Accords. No Jews are permitted to live in Gaza. The Christian population of Gaza has been reduced by 75% because of persecution from Hamas. The once thriving Christian community of Bethlehem has been reduced because of the PA's persecution. All the above are examples of Apartheid. Dismantle the PA and Hamas

@vanessaaventura There is no Apartheid in Israel. It's just another antisemitic talking point used by racists like you. So, put on your glasses and reread my post, dear. The British Mandate of 1922 states that the whole land of Israel belongs to the Jewish people including lands won in war for security reasons. That means Judea and Samaria,including Jerusalem. Israel withdrew unilaterally from Gaza in 2005 as per the Oslo Accords. Hamas now governs Gaza and is solely responsible for the welfare of its citizens.

@vanessaaventura Israel is not a member of the ICC. It didn't sign the Rome Statute. The ICC is only mandated to prosecute individuals not countries. The ICC, therefore, has no jurisdiction over Israel.

@vanessaaventura The ICC can do as it pleases, but it can't enforce its judgment on Israel as it isn't a member of the ICC and the ICC has no jurisdiction over it. It will go the same route as the Goldstone Report....right into the trash. What makes you think that PM Netanyahu is on his way out? Or that the ICC can prove its charges? Magical thinking much.....
