Palestine is a political fantasy created by Arafat and the Arab world.   2. The Arab world created the Palestinian fantasy for their own needs. Now after so many years the Arabs who fled Israel are still in the same situation . The only help they have gotten has been from Israel. So yes the Arabs of Israel have been deserted by the Arab world. It will continue no matter how many terrorist attacks there are and how much jabbering that goes on in academic settings.
