  5.  C caymer  Jews in Europe for centuries couldn't be citizens own land participate in society hold public office participate in certain professions learn in university etc. All these things are available to Arabs. I think the Arabs have it very good in Israel and in return we get terrorism of all kinds. If it is decided they will have the privilege of the vote I am sure they will not appreciate it.
