This is surely proof that the Palestinians are racist and committed to an apartheid regime and ideology. The 1988 Charter exacerbates and promotes extremist Nazi ideology in Articles 17,22 and 28 by demanding the extermination of those working for, assisting or raising funds for Charities involved with helping physically and mentally disabled children, those suffering with dementia and cancer and numerous other wonderful causes .
