The first group (jump team) of United Hatzalah’s humanitarian aid mission to Ukraine is departing Israel Saturday night and will establish itself on the Ukrainian border with Moldova.
The group aims to provide medical and psychological treatment, as well as humanitarian aid, to refugees who are fleeing the conflict in Ukraine.
The jump team, which is comprised of 12 EMTs, paramedics, doctors, a dentist, and members of the Psychotrauma and Crisis Response Unit, will be tasked with providing initial aid, assessing needs, and building a comprehensive long-term treatment plan. In Moldova, they will be met with additional team members joining from Miami, Florida.
🇮🇱🇮🇱 THANK YOU. From Jerusalem Jane

[News Story]
7:48am ‘I need ammunition, not a ride.’
Following up on what we wrote the other day about not relying on other countries, I want to point out a few more things…
While Putin may take pictures without a shirt, it’s Zelenskyy who is proving to be the true hero and leader, standing with his people, openly turning down the US’s offer to keep him safe - “I need ammunition, not a ride.”
In the beginning, when it looked like it was a done deal that Ukraine was going to be completely overrun by Russia, most of the world did nothing but make empty declarations that didn’t scare Putin at all.
But only after the Ukrainians stood their ground, fought back, and having some very visible victories, only then did we really start to see those declarations turning into actions with teeth, as well as arms shipments.
There are important lessons.
