Permanent residents can vote in municipal elections 2- freedom of movement is hindered by Arab trsm 3- Arabs own homes 4- the security barrier has decreased Arab trsm. The unfortunate thing is that those Arabs who were placed in refugee camps could have been absorbed into Arab countries and given citizenship. @MoeELsadek Judea and Samaria were the home to ancient Jewish communities before Islam and Christianity The Palestinian ID was invented in 1964. The Romans exiled the Jewish People 2000 years ago to all parts of the world but despite this Jews continued to live in Eretz Yisroel through the centuries. Oddly, no people called Palestinian existed until 1964. Oops I mentioned that fact.
