  6.  @TheKeithvidz  You need to read more on current affairs. Especially paying attention to the Arab street. The blockade will continue with Egypt's cooperation as long as it needs to. Hamas is responsible for its continuance. Only the Gazans can bring a change. Lastly Israel is the nation state of the Jewish people. You can't occupy what is already yours. Palestine is a fraudulent narrative created by Arafat and the Arab world. Israel will decide what it is best for it. Not some SJW looking for a hobby.

  11.  @ChristineQ-wr6iv  Israel was attacked by the Arab League in 1948. It was attacked again in 1957. Again in 1967. Again in 1973. Each war the Arabs lost cost them land. In these years Israeli citizens suffered brutal terror attacks from Arabs in Israel and out of Israel. In 2005 Israel unilaterally left Gaza. In 2007 Hamas took over and since has sent tens of thousands of rockets at Israeli communities and committed heinous terror attacks on Jews. The Arabs have been offered all types of peace treaties starting with partition and now the Trump plan which they have rejected sight unseen as usual. Israel has held up its end of the Oslo Accords. The same can not be said for the Arabs. The Arabs have 4 options. 1- Jordan 2- Gaza 3- Areas a and b under the PA or immigration. Israeli Arabs can travel on their Israeli passports or any others they have. Travel restrictions only apply to those not citizens. In any case given the number of terrorist attacks we can hardly be blamed for being cautious. In conclusion Israel is the nation state of the Jewish people.

They are a terrorist organization whose sole agenda is the destruction of Israel and the genocide of its Jewish citizens. A government that represses freedom of expression is not a government for the people. It is time for the world to recognize the mal behavior of Hamas. It is the only way to change the situation. Israel can never allow Hamas to continue its barage of rockets. It's a fact and you know it. Let's leave this conversation now for another time.

As I said Hamas is directly responsible for the welfare of its citizens. It has failed miserably. It will continue to build its military infrastructure in and under civilian areas and more Gazans will die. Israel has the right to protect itself. So get used to it.

  19.  @ansarullah2005  The Gazans are not resisting. They are being exploited by Hamas. They have no choices or recourse. Any resistance has been met by brutal repression from Hamas. Gaza is not occupied by Israel. Israel unilaterally withdrew in 2005. The blockade controlled by Israel and Egypt will be maintained. There is no choice. Instead of blaming Israel perhaps the world community should encourage the Gazans to replace their government. Then perhaps they can return to the previous situation. The border will be flexible. They could find work in Israel. Establish trade agreements. Receive medical treatment. Even receive access to higher education Without Hamas the possibilities exist. With them they don't. I appreciate your show of sympathy. Hopefully it will be the last time. Israel must protect itself. We will.

The building materials you mentioned are used not for rebuilding homes etc but to build military infrastructure. It is exactly because of Hamas aggression that the situation exists. Since 2007 Hamas has launched tens of thousands of rockets towards Israeli communities and committed some of the most heinous terrorist attacks on Israeli citizens. Israel does not deliberately target medics or journalists. Those are high risk professions and those are the risks. As long as Hamas is in power the Gazans will continue to suffer.

The Irgun blew up the wing that housed the headquarters of the British forces. A official in the British government said "more more Brits died in car accidents than did in British Mandate" Without the persistent and bravery of the Irgun the British would not have left. They left because of the humiliation. Israeli communities were regularly attacked by marauding fedeyeen. Terror was alive and well in Israel. It was a part of the developing Arab nationalism encouraged by the Mufti and the British.
