Israel has its Declaration of Independence and its basic laws which substitute for a constitution. Other countries also don't have constitutions. It doesn't change the fact that Israel is a sovereign democratic nation recognized by the majority of World and a member state of the UN.

Had they accepted Partition, they would have a state now. Their corrupt leadership has chosen the path of non normalization and rejectionism towards Israel ie trsm. This comes as no surprise as the Arab agenda has always been to replace the Jewish State with a Arab state. Bad decision making from beginning to end.

UN Resolutions are not law and in regard to Israel show a definite double standard. Israel will never do what endangers its existence. Israel is defined as a sovereign democratic nation. It was there that the Jewish People ✡ became a nation. This happened centuries before Islam.
