Our eternal, holy and undivided capital of Jerusalem has been in Jewish hands since 1967. May The Jewish People ✡ merit to see the reestablishment of the Beit HaMikdash in the very near future. AMEN.
19
It is still holy to the Jewish People ✡ and of historical importance.
13
That refers to idolaters.
11
Jews are from Jewdea Arabs are from Arabia
11
@mohammadahmad-di5tg Muslims are non Jews but they are not idolaters.
10
@rainman7769 Incorrect. The return to Zion, the in gathering of the exiles and the reclamation of the land of Israel from Arab occupation and colonization are all G-ds will and a fulfillment of his eternal covenant with the Jewish People ✡. * Prayer is never a waste of time.
10
@mohammadahmad-di5tg Those paragraphs are about idolaters. Not all gentiles are idolaters.
7
You are welcome 😊
7
Excellent post
7
@generaljg4373 Adam and Noah were not Jews or Muslims. They were the beginning of mankind. Avraham Avenu or Avraham HaIvri( the Jew) was the first Jew.
6
That's rude...
6
@mohammadahmad-di5tg Only to his followers.
5
💙🤍💙A Blessed Shavuah Tov To All Am Yisroel And Friends Of Zion From The Kotel In Jerusalem, The Eternal, Holy And Undivided Capital Of The Nation State of The Jewish People ✡, Israel 🇮🇱
5
@starhopper1706 It's not an either or situation. Jews should be able to pray at the Kotel and the Temple Mount unmolested.
5
@mohammadahmad-di5tg That refers to idol worshippers. Islam is a monotheistic religion.
5
@mohammadahmad-di5tg Nonsense. Under certain circumstances, Jews can pray in a mosque.
5
@mohammadahmad-di5tg We didn't disappear. We were ethnically cleansed from their ancestral homeland of Eretz Yisroel by Rome. Yet there was always a Jewish presence in Eretz Yisroel. May the Jewish People ✡ merit to see the reestablishment of the Beit HaMikdash in the very near future.
5
@bitkower I said it was part of the soul of Jerusalem. It has its own religious/spiritual and historical significance. It is not an idol but a symbol of the liberation of Jerusalem...the return to Zion. We mourn for the destruction of the Temples in Tish Abav. We mention it in our prayers. No one rejoiced or rejoices over the destruction of the Temples.
5
Then stay were you are....there is no room for cynics.
5
War displaces many people.
5
@mohammadahmad-di5tg It refers only to his followers.
4
@mohammadahmad-di5tg The Tomb of the Patriarchs was divided into a mosque and a Beit Knesset in 1967. The Muslims received 75 % and the Jews received 25 %. What broken agreement are you talking about?
4
@mohammadahmad-di5tg It was divided into two parts in 1967...a Beit Knesset and a mosque. The incident with Dr Goldstein occurred in 1994 not 2012.
4
@bigmonkedong All Jews are from Eretz Yisroel. Color isn't a criteria. That is your bias.
4
@bigmonkedong The Jewish People ✡are the indegenous people of the Southern Levant with a continuous presence of more than 4ooo years The Arabs in Israel are immigrants from Arabia who occupied and colonized Eretz Yisroel during the Arab Conquests 1400 years ago and again during WW2 when Jewish immigration was limited by the British at the behest of the Arab leadership ( White Papers) and massive Arab immigration from the region was encouraged.
4
The modern state of Israel was reestablished as a Jewish Homeland ✡. Its purpose was to create a refuge for the Jewish People after the Holocaust and allow Jews to fulfill the Biblical imperative of settling the land of Israel. The Israeli Declaration of Independence and its basic laws guarantee equality for all its minorities. Ethiopian Jews like all immigrant groups have had their trials and tribulations. They are an important part of the fabric of Jewish society. Only Jewish law and our Rabbis decide who is Jewish. It isn't based on color( appearance)or DNA. Where are their parents from? Many have families going back generations. If you look at Ahed Tamimi, blond and blue eyed, does she look Middle Eastern or European? Ancestral argument must stop? There is no argument. Eretz Yisroel is Jewish Land ✡. I didn't call you an antisemite. I used the word" bias". As for not playing the antisemite card, it is my card to play as a Jew.
4
G-d is everywhere. So if the tree is your temple, then go for it.
4
Indeed....
4
@mohammadahmad-di5tg Nope. Muslims have 75 % and Jews 25 % . Looks like you won the lottery. So don't push your luck. Our generosity has its limitations.
4
@emj7218 Be'Vakasha( my pleasure or you are welcome)
4
@generaljg4373 There were few conversions in Europe.
3
@chugalongway01 Thanks for expressing your fears. The course of G-dly events are not in your control or mine. In ancient times, non Jews also brought sacrifices to the Beit HaMikdash.
3
You are welcome 😊
3
@mohammadahmad-di5tg And Hezebollah provides equal rights? Nonsense
3
@mohammadahmad-di5tg Arab Trsts are not believers. G-d doesn't bless their actions.
3
@mohammadahmad-di5tg Since 1967, thousands and thousands of tourists, Jews, Christians and Muslims have visited the Tomb of the Patriarchs because it was opened to them by Israel's liberation of Judea and Samaria. All minorities are welcome to worship there. I have no answer for you about Dr Goldstein.
3
60 % of Jews in Israel were born in Israel not Europe and the majority of Jews in Israel are descendants of Jews from Arab countries. Not white or European.
3
@mohammadahmad-di5tg The Tomb of the Patriarchs is holy to both Jews and Muslims. It was divided to allow both religions to worship freely and undisturbed. The Muslims occupy 75 % and the Jews 25 %. What are you complaining about?
3
@mohammadahmad-di5tg No can do.. You built your mosque over the holiest site in Judaism.....the Temple.
3
@bitkower In 1967, many young men died reaching the Kotel and liberating our holy capital of Jerusalem. The Kotel is a symbol of our return to Zion and the reestablishment of the Jewish People ✡ in their ancestral homeland of Eretz Yisroel.
3
@Volleyball_Chess_and_Geoguessr No. We don't worship the Kotel. We worship at the Kotel.
3
" HaShem, he G-d and there is no other G-d besides him"
3
@nomad9338 Palestine is the colonial name given to Eretz Yisroel by Rome 2000 years ago. It was Eretz Yisroel then and it is Eretz Yisroel now. The stated goal of BDS is the destruction of the only Jewish Homeland ✡. Nothing is more racist than that goal.
2
@guywhousesapseudonymonyout4272 Why ask a question you know the answer to already?
2
@guywhousesapseudonymonyout4272 I didn't mislead her. Nor did I tell her to daven at the Kotel HaKatan. I welcomed her to pray. Perhaps you should start your own thread and regal us with your knowledge.
2
@guywhousesapseudonymonyout4272 Or you could have just addressed Leanne directly and told her directly that the Kotel HaKatan is not available, rather than saying I was misleading her. Yt may be an open forum but not to rudeness.
2
@dogbert52 Interesting but there was a famous Rabbi named Yishmael....Rabbi Yishmael ben Elisha haKohen HaGadol Probably not this Mohammed's family line though 😏
2
@mohammadahmad-di5tg You lost me there Bubba 🤷♀️
2
@mohammadahmad-di5tg True I have a sense of humor. It's a very Jewish characteristic. To be honest, you aren't being very clear.
2
@mohammadahmad-di5tg Not all Muslims feel like you. Eventually cooler heads will come to an understanding and you will be left with nothing.
2
@mohammadahmad-di5tg You are obsessed with Israeli Right Wing politicians or perhaps you just fear them. The Tomb of the Patriarchs was divided so that both Jews and Muslims could pray at a sight holy to them. Har HaBayit should be open to Jewish worship too. It will happen when true believers on both sides work together. Not you of course. You prefer conflict.
2
@dogbert52 Iraq is failed state just like Lebanon.
2
@mohammadahmad-di5tg Iraq is a trst proxy of Iran.
2
@mohammadahmad-di5tg How do you know that?
2
@mohammadahmad-di5tg The Jewish People were ethnically cleansed from their ancestral homeland of Eretz Yisroel 2000 years ago and sold as slaves. Despite this Jews remained in Eretz Yisroel. They built communities, houses of study and worship and businesses. Nuke Rome? Esau will get what is coming to him.
2
@bitkower First of all, people reply to each other as they see fit and your family bloodline is not relevant to this at all. Secondly, the fact that you ignore the religious/spiritual and historical significance of the liberation of the Kotel from Jordanian occupation only means you are missing the point. Just like Jerusalem is the soul of the Jewish People ✡, so is the Kotel a part of it.
2
@Armando7654 My last post to Jason Bitkower says just the opposite. Each person addresses G-d in his or her own way. That is their business.
2
@nomad9338 Laugh now. Cry later.
1
They are requests to G-d.
1
@guywhousesapseudonymonyout4272 Only you misconstrued it. No one else.
1
@guywhousesapseudonymonyout4272 You made a mistake. Just own it and apologize and move on.
1
@guywhousesapseudonymonyout4272 A Continuous Refuah Shlema
1
@marksimons8861 Why don't you do this one solo...Mark It's good practice 😌
1
@starhopper1706 The Kotel has its own religious/spiritual and historical significance.
1
@scottwarthin1528 Thank you for sharing your thoughts.
1
@jamesrowland9982 We pray three times a day as a affirmation of our faith and love of HaShem. Prayers are not just confined just to the above. You can pray anytime. Praying to HaShem for help even things is not wrong and neither is idol worship. HaShem wants us to communicate with him spontaneous and to lean on him. Holy sites are both religious and historical. For example we pray at Rachel's Tomb. I doubt the Rambam would object to prayer anywhere or for any reason.
1
@jamesrowland9982 Ahavat Yisroel ( Love of the Jewish People ✡) regardless...
