Here is three examples of war crimes : 1- building military infrastructure in, by, near and under civilian areas. 2- launching hundreds of thousands of rockets indiscriminately towards civilian communities 3- using civilians especially children as human shields for acts of terrorism These are two examples of Hamas malign behavior towards Israel and one against its own people.

  29. @Tellestus 0 The Palestinian Mandate of 1922 states that the land of Israel belongs to the Jewish people including land won in war for security purposes. No where does it mention the "Palestinian" people. Why? Because they didn't exist. The Palestinian id was created in 1964 by Arafat the Egyptian and the Arab League. The Arabs have rejected 8 peace treaties including Partition which would have given them a state 70 years ago. Israel is the nation state of the Jewish people. Our borders are between the Jordan River and the Mediterranean Sea.
