  1. Gary you are still not factoring into the economic situation artificial intelligence and robotics. It is the biggest change since the invention of electricity. It will end all your theories and all these well educated economist, cause AI will replace you guys . The world is changing …… Anyway, your theory is negated so simply as the rich will liquidate their assets and leave for a more suitable tax regime.
