  1. the hack with screw driver and wrench requires you to make really sure you have the correct screwdriver. Don't use a Pozidriv in a standard cross recess and if you happen to have something of Japanese origin then make sure you check whether it need a JIS screwdriver - either a standard or a Pozidriv will wreck the screw..

I wonder what their legal department or more importantly their marketing department think of all these Youtube presentations regarding their 'protection of the brand' If you have no wish to buy another Ferrari new in the future I doubt whether their threats would hold up in a court of law. The shoe one might because they do have a deal with a shoe manufacturer but surely you can change a vehicle in any way you want provided it meets roadworthy requirements. I used to work with a guy who changed a damaged 275 Ferrari in to a replica of an original 250TR.
