Then the police should also be evicted as they are associated.

well you have a Presidential candidate who claims to be a billionaire but is a grifter so everyone wants to get in on the act.

@alanmcentee9457 The IRS doesn't even care if you are earning that money overseas from a non-USA company - they will still expect you to pay USA taxes.

@rhoonah5849 I am Australian and I have no idea what TDS is. maybe more Americans need to get real and see Mr Trump in true light as the grifter he is. Billionaires don't ask for donations to pat lawyers!

or colours for a logo!

The guy should get a Canadian licence and drive on it.

That is exactly why unions were created. Unfortunately they have got as bad as the employers in some instances.

In Australia we sometimes get an additional fee on public holidays as the staff have to be paid extra but at least we know the reason.
2
can you sue them for mis-representation.

I would explain to the attorney taking this action that the World can accept the World Series not being a world competition and so should his client.

I can't understand US laws. In Australia the laws of each State specifically exclude emergency vehicles with lights and sirens from being charged over red light offences. The company issuing these fines should be brought in to line.

Any trade secret on the plans has already been divulged to the builder and the building inspector who used the plans during construction so are they still considered secret (think prior knowlegde in patent law)?
1
I don't see that this is a problem. You can't drive a semi trailer without a specific licence. Certain vehicles need specific skills and some manufacturers insist on you doing a driving course with them.

@KJ-md2wj he may have to get one from scratch.

One of the reasons they put the sticker on electronic products is that if you open it without static protection then you are likely to cause more damage even if you don't do much more than look at what is inside.

@AcornSmokes420 No the 1st amendment only stops laws being made to restrict free speech other than acceptable to community standards (ie swearing is covered by 1st amendment). It is a mute point but that is what law is all about.

Can you take an oath without the bible in the USA? I would tell the job that I cannot guarantee it is the truth but it is certainly my recollection of the event.

Why can't he fly? You don't need a drivers licence to fly do you. I am Australian and I think this is stupid. If I got transferred to the USA in a job then I can't get a drivers licence? Bureaucracy has problems with birth certificate. I tried to get a new passport using the birth certificate which was issued when i was born in 1955 but this was rejected. It had to be one of new ones on pretty blue paper (and costing $75)

I am wondering if it was actually built exactly to the plans.

@stanwooddave9758 Sue,Grabbit and Run.

and they wonder why unions were created.

the police should wake up that the way people react to them is determined by how they have previously been treated by police. A traffic stop may affect whether you bother to report other incidents to them. Australian laws around number plates are detailed but it can basically be summed up by "everything on the plate must be able to be picked up by photographic or electronic scanning from 20 metres".

In Australia this called 'theft by finding' a quaint term.

Does the no fault insurance apply hen it is one private property or a commercial premises. This will be an interesting court case. In Australia the dealership would be negligent under health and safety/workcover law. It is hard to imagine why a person who is not licenced would move a vehcile. We had an intriguing case in Western Australia where a Lamborghini got impounded for 30 days because of excessive speed. The vehicle was being driven by a mechanic and not the owner. The Police had no power to release the car from impound. I haven't heard the eventual outcome of this but I expect the 30 days expired before a resolution would have been made.

its sounds like the local government people are ex HOA people! I would stand for election and get others to do the same.
1
Will the employees be able to sue the dealership.
1
@Keenath they have learned from AirBnB operators I expect.
