  3.  Leo Cellini  The Australian Constituion overrides the States ones only on things that are common. If the Commonwealth does not address a subject then the State one still prevails. That is why they still exist.

  6.  @purplerabbit7190  I have no idea how you think not letting use Hydroxychloroquine has anything to do with communism but even so you would have to get a doctor to prescribe it and any who did would be risking court action for the result. Until you can convince the medical profession it is no point blaming politicians.
