  1.  @ziggarillo  ever heard of ANFO that was used in bombs during WW2. AN was ammonium nitrate and FO was fuel oil. A diesel powered boat full of fuel and 20,000tons of ammonium nitrate (even if it is segregated) is certainly worthy of my concern. I would at least unload the fuel.
