are the water levels in the toilet a factor. In Australia the water is at the bottom of the bowl but I have seen photos where American toilets fill quite a way up the bowl. Where is the german level?

I am Australian and I change my oil before Summer and before Winter which usually represents about 7000K between changes. My engine has done about 200000K and i use synthetic oil. I could live with doing it once a year but i use it as an opportuntiy to look at the condition of parts like ball joints when I do it.

In Australia the drinking age is 18 years old but you have to buy it from a licenced premises which can be a venue or a store that just sells liquor. We can't drink on the street but outside events can get licences to allow it. We call a walking beer a "traveler" I liked the laws in China where it is 18 years old but you can buy alcohol everywhere, even fruit shops!.

@Ryan_Dye-r I'm Australian and we seem fairly divided on 7 and Z with the cross stroke. A lot who grew up filling out computer forms were made to put the cross stroke on their 7 so they didn't get confused with a 2. I have a problem with my first name - Ian. A lot of Chinese thing my name is Lan which is a Chinese name.
