  1. When I was in China I complained to one of the Americans about the taste of their chocolate. He said they need to be different to cope with the heat in America. I pointed out that Australia gets hot as does China. Hmm was his reaction.

  2.  @johnnyrosenberg9522  Local laws may be the reason The UK specifies that chocalte must contain 25% cacoa mass but the USA has a minimum of 10%.
