  2.  @trevoranderson2905  I use 500g pork sausage mince (you can just take the casing off of a sausage. I add 200g breadcrumbs, one egg oyster sauce, 20 g tomato sauce, dash Worchestershire sauce.and a half a teaspoon of curry powder. you can add salt and pepper if you wish.
