  2. anything you can do in a gym you can do at home using isometric exercises. I go for a 2k walk every day and do some basic exercises.

  3. If you fry them in butter with just a hint of garlic they are delicious - just don't mistake bardi grubs for them as they taste horrid.

  4.  @joandsarah77 Well i am fairly philosophical about it -and adventurous. If someone else seems to enjoy it then I will try it. When i lived in China my girlfriend and i paid for a young girl to get English lessons from a friend of ours. Her family were farmers and were able to live Ok but not afford to pay for extra education. They invited us out to the farm for Christmas dinner and we had various pig products including pigs tripe done in a hot pot. I had never even heard of pigs tripe but i tried it and enjoyed it. It was similar in texture to calamari.

  5. I must admit living in China changed my views on some foods. I enjoy duck tongues for instance. the one I didn't eat was pigs anus which is known in the US as chitlins.

  8.  @Batfink11 I had fried crickets and scorpions in Beijing. They were OK. Didn't get offered spiders live or cooked.
