  1. Yes you only go to gaol now but the interesting thing I find is that in law "Cattle" included sheep and pigs. I don't know whether this has ever been changed to use "Livestock" instead.

  2.  @southaussiegarbo2054  there has been an exemption for changing fuses and light bulbs for years. It also states in the law that inserting and withdrawing a plug is exempt (I posted an extract from the law in a previous answer)
