  1. When i lived in Shenzhen China I used to drink with a doctor who worked for SOS. He had previously spent five years as an RFDS doctor. he was South African. he said it was a very professional outfit to work for.

  2. yes they do. In Melbourne they do hospital transit services.

  3. the Airforce also had some strips that are called staging posts that have reserves of fuel for emergency situations. not sure if they still do.
