  1. i think i will start selling sausage rolls. I make a batch of 8 at a time. the sausage mine costs $10/kg and I use 500g. Two eggs $2.00 some breadcrumbs $020 and some sauces about 0.40 and the pastry $1.50 so all up is less than $9 for eight sausage rolls. At that rate i would expect them to be selling for around $5 each to cover labour cooking oncosts and profit.
