  2. the Defence Departments all around the world have the power to deal with this. When i did purchasing in the seventies we did not even ask for warranty. The DoDs can simply say - if we can't fix then we don't buy. market forces. They are being sold out by politicians who allow this bullshit and Loius uses the magic word - GREED.
