@Skybar23 As an Australian and looking at it objectively, I doubt that he could be gaoled under Federal law but I see no reason why he couldn't be gaoled if he has broken individual State laws but realistically more likely fined if that option exists.

Anita Mullaly yeah if anyone has made false voting papers then they will be able to verify which photocopier or printer produced them. I also think that Mr Trump is smart enough to pay someone to send in some false votes. (I haven't been able to watch the video as Youtube seems down in my area of Australia but I can still see replies and comments).

@rswanbury8241 easy. Because State laws and Federal laws are different and a President can't give immunity to a State law.

@rswanbury8241 Whilst I do agree with you it shouldn't be that way. If you have done something wrong and are caught you you should be prosecuted and the judges can decide based on evidence.

Anita Mullaly The opposite view is Mr Sanders told us what to expect from Mr Trump so both appear to be as thick as thieves.

Anita Mullaly I am wondering how Mr trump would have had access to the ballot papers to allow watermarks. the fact that each State produces its own ballot paper makes this a very difficult process to complete, especially in secret. I need someone to explain this to me as the time they are placed is important - if it is before people vote then it is different than if it is as they are counted for instance.

@rswanbury8241 yes on Federal laws but I see no reason why they couldn't be prosecuted on State laws.
