  3.  @whatsonyourchannel  you make a reasonable point but you have an unusual definition of contained. What if the cowling hit a person on the ground or even a bus. Basically what you have is shrapnel falling from the sky. It was very fortunate that people weren't killed or injured even though the engine parts didn't hit the aircraft fuselage. We didn't overlook it at all.
