Fines will just be passed on to higher tuition costs. Individuals that decide to go to college are not infants, if they are…. their parents need to push them out in the real world….and let them work for a few years…until they gain maturity and responsibility. Stop the taxpayer funded loans…lower taxes… no one should have to pay for some one else’s ‘investment decisions’. The government should be OUT of the student loan business. That one thing will also force tuition costs down!
