  1. Is it true that Californian’s can steal $950? Is that everyday? Can anyone steal, for instance seniors? And can you steal from people walking down the street? From cars? What about from houses? And if you can steal any PRIVATE property…can people steal from the California government? Can Californian’s NOT PAY TAXES up to $950 a day? If the government is allowing theft…why can’t Californian’s steal (taxes) from the government? What’s the difference? Private property versus state property? Isn’t state property owned by California people? Private citizens….are allowed to steal $950 from ANYONE….that would include the tax collecting government. Government kind of like a jewelry store. 😊 Fair’s fair!
