  2. If SA wants to grow their economy they need reliable electricity. The government obviously doesn’t consider reliable electricity important. SA has gold, diamonds and has discovered oil….they could have as much electricity as they want. Probably the elite have electricity. Maybe they don’t want a middle class. All the American repays in SA won’t stay long… they are used to 24/7 electricity.
