  1. It should attract successful people who want to start or grow businesses. What does the business get for the 5 million….a ready market, safety, great infrastructure, an educated work force, stable government, protection of business, access to loans, lower regulations( Trump is reducing them), low taxes, and total freedom. I think all those things will draw people in.
