Stop listening to children. Step 2. They should all resign and be replaced with experienced bureaucrats who have knowledge of energy and energy infrastructure. Step 3. Policy people who can anticipate invasions by other countries and build strong militaries for Europe. Don’t hand it over to the US to handle it. There are thousands of Ph.D’s in Europe… they shouldn’t be scrambling for winter heat options and food.
