Democrats are specialists at feeding off of wealthy cities (city councils can divert funds, etc.)…they divert funds to ‘social’ programs and away from maintaining and caring for cities… and because of this theft of the lucrative tax base…the looting gets bigger and bigger… crime starts increasing and businesses start closing down… the city dies. It’s like the people who live off of the blood of a cow… but keep the cow alive so they can continue to drink the blood…. only in this case.. they get greedy and the cow dies. That’s what’s happening to US affluent cities….. Democrats!
