  1. It would be helpful if you could briefly talk about the ethic problems within Ukraine. Where did the Russian population come from? I have heard they migrated or escaped from Russia under the Stalin Regime. And then is there a German population that migrated to Ukraine after WWII? Since the Germans were fighting Stalin for a time…is that what the conflict within the country is about… concerning the Russian Ukrainians? Are the Russians discriminated against in Ukraine?
