  1. What about all the billions this administration has been giving away to other countries? Isn’t that liquidity taken OUT of the system? Just money given to the UN, IMF and World Bank must be close to a trillion a year. And most of the loans…to developing countries… down the drain. That’s all money out of the system. (Also 15 new U.S. military bases being built in Finland, deep water ports in Greece, more military bases in Germany? Money out of the system. That has to be a drain on liquidity. Dollars out of the investment system.
