Hopefully the tax cuts happen, because everything involved with owning a home has been spiking since Biden took office, all insurance premiums (you can only get six months at a time), water has doubled where I live, electricity bills have doubled, etc.. Inflation, which is now a way for government to get more money has caused everything to increase every year. Many insurance companies are simply pulling out of states, because if a house burns down, the replacement costs are greater than what the insurance receive in insurance payments. It’s not uncommon for a house replacement cost to be a million dollars. Have you had a house painted lately?? You have to take out a loan!
