If there is only one source of energy, electricity then it will prices so high… everyone , except the elite and the bureaucrats will be using candles… and because each person must have an electric car… you will be taking only buses, or bicycles to work, and to do errands. That’s the concept for shoving everyone in a city. Don’t forget the looters and thieves in the city… so crime will skyrocket.
