Because it is a small military expense, an IRS team could easily find out where that 50 million actually went. A similar thing happened with WHO. US dollars, allocated for medicine, when followed, was purchasing expired medicationā€¦that was delivered to hospitals in war zones. Those millions of dollars then, were pocketed by unintended corrupt groups. Follow the condoms, catch a thief!! Team Trump!
