  1. It is a trillion taxpayer dollar infrastructure package for democrat vote harvesting… donors… including China who makes the parts. Huge amounts of this money will go straight to California. And it will be money in democrats donors and politicians pockets… and screwing taxpayers… just like the green Obama infrastructure project….REMEMBER AMERICA…. ‘hehe.. I guess it wasn’t shovel ready ..hehe!’ Taxpayers paid for politicians and donors beautiful homes…. that’s what the taxpayers got!
