  1. Biden has pledged money for a harbour in Greece and promised more countries more FREE money for infrastructure projects. Those infrastructure projects are mostly built by the Chinese… Africa in particular has mainly Chinese infrastructure projects as well as many in the EU…. In fact, they will probably be doing the one in Greece. So Biden’s money infrastructure gift will most likely be China built and operated projects..
