  1. As usual Kerry makes deals with crooks. China uses coal and will continue to use coal. China is advising California on Climate Energy Infrastructure… California- China Climate Institute at UC Berkeley. The university system in Ca. Has hundreds of professors and research grants on energy grids and energy policy… why and how has China inserted itself into ’ US energy grids….Biden/Kerry know nothing about running an economy dependent on cheap energy… once again it’s all about spending trillions of taxpayers money and getting NOTHING back. Just like when they were in the Obama Whitehouse.. same people same result!!
