  1. Also, if you don’t live in a space with new electric wiring, probably 20 years or older the dwelling may not be able to handle the extra electric load of 1 or 2 vehicles plugged in every day. People with children may have 3 cars. It would require requiring the entire house! Kerry and the UN as usual, have no idea what they are doing… they just want to control who gets what so they can control entire countries… particularly the ‘rich’ US taxpayers!
